All Isabella Redwood jewellery has been created with quality gold plated materials - due to the materials nature it is normal that plating may tarnish over time and therefore is not a reason for a claim. 

We highly recommend to treat our jewellery with care and avoid exposing to any lotions or cosmetics, salt, sun, chlorine and other chemicals.
